New member requirements

Attention all HERO's. Effective immediately, all players desiring to become HERO's must first register. This means BEFORE they wear the [TRL HERO] tag they must register on the forums. Only recruiters and leaders may recruit. If you see someone that may make HERO proud please ask the potential member to '"check out" our website and pass on the information to a recruiter/leader. Thank you.

They must not wear TRL tags until they register and show some interest. I will wait for them to post in the recruits section before I start TRL countdowns.

Also this goes to all Clan Leaders and Clan Recruiters, if you do recruit someone, please send me a PM so that I know that they are interested in joining the TRL program.
